توجيه النظر في الأحاديث التي انتقدها الحافظ المنذريُّ بأنّ السماع فيه نظر

ملخص البحث: كان الحافظ المنذري من كبار الأئمة الذين برعوا في العلوم عامّة وفي علم الحديث خاصّة، وقد برز ذلك في مصنّفاته التي أودع فيها براعته العلميّة، وكانت محلّ اعتناء من العلماء إلى يومنا هذا، ولم يكتف بمجرّد النقل عمّن سبقه من الأئمة، بل كان ناقدًا في موضع النقد، ومن خلال القراءة في كتبه وقفتُ على تسعة مواضع تعقّب فيها السماع بين بعض الرواة، بأنّ السماع فيه نظر، على النحو التالي: سماع عكرمة من أم حبيبة، وحَمنة رضي الله عنهما،  سماع زرارة من عائشة رضي الله عنها، سماع بلال بن يحيى من عليّ رضي الله عنه، سماع أبي الأسود من معاذ بن جبل رضي الله عنه، سماع إسماعيل السدّي من ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما، سماع أبي جعفر الباقر من سمرة بن جندب رضي الله عنه، سماع سعيد بن المسيب من سراقة المدلجي رضي الله عنه، سماع ابن سابط من العباس رضي الله عنه، سماع أبي وائل من معاذ بن جبل رضي الله عنه، فأردتُ توجيه القول فيها، فكان هذا البحث الذي عنوانه: "توجيه النظر في الأحاديث التي انتقدها الحافظ المنذريُّ بأنّ السماع فيه نظر"، والله الموفق.
Abstract: Al-Hafiz Al-Mundhiri was one of the great imams who excelled in sciences in general and in Hadith science in particular. This was evident in his works, where he demonstrated his scientific brilliance, and they have been a subject of scholarly attention to this day. He did not merely transmit from the imams who preceded him; rather, he was a critic where criticism was due. Through reading his books, I came across nine instances where he critiqued the transmission (sama') between some narrators, stating that the transmission was questionable, as follows, The transmission of Ikrimah from Umm Habiba and Hamnah, may Allah be pleased with them,The transmission of Zurarah from Aisha, may Allah be pleased with he, The transmission of Bilal bin Yahya from Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, The transmission of Abu Al-Aswad from Mu'adh bin Jabal, may Allah be pleased with him,The transmission of Ismail Al-Suddi from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them,The transmission of Abu Ja'far Al-Baqir from Samurah bin Jundub, may Allah be pleased with him,The transmission of Sa'id bin Al-Musayyib from Suraqah Al-Mudliji, may Allah be pleased with him,The transmission of Ibn Sabit from Al-Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him,The transmission of Abu Wa'il from Mu'adh bin Jabal, may Allah be pleased with him, I sought to analyze and explain these cases, resulting in this research titled: " Directing Attention to the Hadiths Criticized by Al-Hafiz Al-Mundhiri, as Having Questionable Transmission (Sama')." And Allah is the Granter of Success.
