التكامل بين علم الحديث وغيره من العلوم الشرعية (العلاقة بين فقه الحديث والفقه المذهبي أنموذجاً)

الحمد لله وحده, والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده, سيدنا محمد صلى الله عليه  وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.
أما بعد: فإن التكامل المعرفي بين العلوم له عمق تاريخي وأصالة زمنية, فهو قديم قدم تلك المعارف نفسها, فالعلم لا ينشأ بمعزل عن نفسه, بل تتضافر العلوم وتتكافل ويكمل بعضها بعضا حتى تشكل بمجموعها نسيجا ثقافيا وحضاريا لشعب من الشعوب أو للبشرية جمعاء
وإذا نظرنا في سير السابقين من علمائنا وجدناهم جسدوا هذا المعطى وحققوا ذلك التكامل, فلقد كانوا – وما زالوا- بفضل الله وتوفيقه متبحرين في جل العلوم ينهلون من كل بساتين المعارف وحدائق الفنون, ومشاركاتهم وأبحاثهم وتآليفهم شاهدة على ذلك في كل العصور.
وفي هذه الورقة البحثية سألقي الضوء على التكامل بين علم الحديث الشريف وغيره من العلوم الشرعية وبيان مدى الانسجام والاحتياج بين بعضها البعض لفهم النصوص الشرعية فهما صحيحا بعيدا عن الغموض والانحراف والتحريف الناتج عن قصر النظرة المتكاملة بين علوم الشريعة جمعاء أو بين العلم الواحد في منطوقه ومفهومه.
فالآيات القرآنية يكمل بعضها بعضا ويشرح بعضها البعض وكذلك الأحاديث النبوية والمسائل الفقهية والعلوم الكونية جميعها تسعى إلى شيء واحد ألا وهو فهم الشريعة فهما صحيحًا وتطبيق ذلك تطبيقا صحيحًا...والله الموفق والهادي إلى سواء السبيل.
Praise be to God alone, and prayers and peace be upon the one after whom there is no prophet, our master Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and all his family and companions.
As for what follows: The integration of knowledge between the sciences has historical depth and temporal authenticity. It is as old as that knowledge itself. Science does not arise in isolation from itself. Rather, the sciences come together, interrelate, and complement each other until they collectively form a cultural and civilizational fabric for a people or for all of humanity.
If we look at the biographies of our previous scholars, we find that they embodied this given and achieved that integration. They were - and still are - by the grace and grace of God, immersed in the greatest sciences, drawing from all gardens of knowledge and gardens of arts, and their contributions, research, and compositions bear witness to this in all ages.
In this research paper, I will shed light on the integration between the science of the Noble Hadith and other Sharia sciences and demonstrate the extent of harmony and need between each other to understand the Sharia texts correctly, away from ambiguity, deviation, and distortion resulting from a short integrated view between all Sharia sciences or between one science in its operative and concept.
The Qur’anic verses complement each other and explain each other, as well as the Prophetic hadiths, jurisprudential issues, and cosmic sciences, all seeking one thing, which is to understand the Sharia correctly and apply it correctly...and God is the Grantor of success and guide to the straight path.
