المستخلص

قام علماء الإسلام بجهود حثيثة تمثلت فى مزج الأمثلة الفقهية  بالعلوم المنطقية؛ ليساعد على تصديق الربوبية والتوحيد، والنبوة، وما أتت به الشرائع والأحكام والعبادات فى الرد على أهل الأهواء والإلحاد بتصحيح إعوجاج الآراء الفاسدة التى حصلّها أصحابها نتيجة التقليد دون التمحيص، عن طريق إقامة البراهين العقلية الراجعة إلى كتاب الله تعالى والسنة النبيوية، ومن ثم إن تطبيق الأسس المنطقية كالتناقض، والقياس المنطقى، الاستقراء 0..والخ، تجعل الفقه الإسلامى فى حالة من النمو المستمر والتطور الدائم، ومواجهة تطور المجتمعات المعاصره فى إطار النص التشريعى.

The scholars of Islam made unremitting efforts represented in mixing jurisprudential examples with logical sciences; To assist in believing in the Lordship, monotheism, and prophecy, and what the laws, rulings and acts of worship came with in response to the people of desires and atheism by correcting the distortion of the corrupt opinions obtained by their owners as a result of imitation without scrutiny by establishing rational proofs that refer to the Book of God Almighty and the Prophetic Sunnah, and then the application of logical foundations Such as contradiction, syllogism, induction...etc. put Islamic jurisprudence in a state of continuous growth and development, and facing the development of contemporary societies within the framework of the legislative text
