دور الأزهر الشريف في الحفاظ على حقوق المرأة

تعدُّ قضايا المرأة من أهم القضايا التي أولاها الأزهر الشريف وإمامه الأكبر فضيلة الأستاذ الدكتور / أحمد الطيب عناية خاصة، وكان ذلك استكمالًا لجهودٍ ممتدّة بدأها الأزهر الشريف منذُ سنوات، حيث المطالبة الحثيثة والمتكررة بضرورة تمكين المرأة وحصولها على حقوقها ، مشددًا على ضرورة احترامِ كرامتها الإنسانية ، واستغلالِ طاقاتها المهدرة كشريكٍ أساسي للرجل في بناءِ الأسرة ونهضة المجتمع.
وسوف ألقي الضوء في هذه الورقة البحثية على بعضٍ من الوثائق  والقرارات التي صدرت من الأزهرِ الشريف في الفترة من 2013م- حتى  2019م، والتي تنص على حقوق المرأة وتحفظ كرامتها، منها :وثيقة حقوق المرأة 2013م، والقرار رقم 32 لسنة 2018 م، بحظر نقل المرأة من عملها دون رغبتها، وقرار مرصد الأزهر الشريف   بمناهضة  العنف ضد المرأة 25نوفمبر 2018م، وكذا حقوق المرأة في وثيقة الأخوة الإنسانية 2019م.
ناشدة من وراء ذلك إلى بيان ما أولاهُ الأزهر الشريف ورجاله للمرأة من رعايةٍ واهتمام  مع حفظ حقوقها، والحذر الشديدِ من المساسِ بكرامتها، تأسيًّا بالمصطفى الكريم -صلى الله عليه وسلم، وأحاديته المؤكِّدة على تكريم المرأة واحترامها وتقديرها، بالإضافة إلى سيرته العطرة والطيبة في التعامل معها.
وانتهجت في هذه الورقة المنهج الاستقرائي الانتقائي ، نظرًا لضيق المساحة الزمانية والمكانية لهذه الورقة .
 كما انتهجت المنهج التاريخي في سرد الوثائق والقرارات .
وقد توصلت من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج  من أهمها: أن في صلاح المرأة صلاحٌ للمجتمع ،لذلك أولَاها الأزهر الشريف اهتمامًا خاصا ، فأصبحت أستاذة ورئيسة قسم وعميدة ، وعضوة في اللجنة العلمية ، ولجنة الفتوى ، ومجمع البحوثِ الإسلامية....إلخ ، مشاركة لأخواتها الرجال في اتخاذ القرار المهمة التي تخص شؤون الأمة الإسلامية والمجتمع العربي. 
Women’s issues are among the most important issues that Al-Azhar and its Grand Imam, His Eminence Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, have given special care, and this was a continuation of the extended efforts initiated by Al-Azhar Al-Sharif years ago, where the persistent and repeated demand for the necessity of empowering women and obtaining their rights, stressing the need to respect their human dignity, Exploiting its wasted energies as an essential partner for men in building the family and developing society.
In this research paper, I will shed light on some of the documents and decisions issued by Al-Azhar Al-Sharif in the period from 2013 AD to 2019 AD, which stipulate women’s rights and preserve their dignity, including: The Women’s Rights Document 2013 AD, and Resolution No. 32 of 2018 AD, prohibiting the transfer of women From her work against her will, and the decision of the Al-Azhar Observatory to combat violence against women on November 25, 2018, as well as women’s rights in the Human Fraternity Document 2019.
She appealed from behind that to explain the care and attention given by Al-Azhar and its men to women while preserving their rights, and being very wary of compromising their dignity, following the example of the Noble Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and his unilateralism emphasizing the honor, respect and appreciation of women, in addition to his fragrant and kind conduct in dealing with them. .
In this paper, I adopted the selective inductive approach, due to the narrow temporal and spatial space of this paper.
It also followed the historical method in listing documents and decisions.
Through this study, I reached a number of results, the most important of which are: that the goodness of a woman is good for society, so Al-Azhar Al-Sharif paid special attention to her, so she became a professor, head of department, dean, and a member of the Scientific Committee, the Fatwa Committee, and the Islamic Research Academy....etc. The participation of her male sisters in the important decision-making concerning the affairs of the Islamic nation and the Arab community
