من الأنكحة الفاسدة " زواج التجربة أنموذجًا" ودور الأزهر في التصدي له دراسة تحليلية.

تتعلق هذه الدراسة بمسألة مهمة هي: بيان حكم الفكرة التي ذاع خبرها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وعرفت باسم (زواج التجربة)، وحيث إن الأزهر الشريف عليه مسؤولية كبيرة في تصحيح المفاهيم الخاطئة والتصدي للأفكار الهدامة التي تقوض دعائم الأسرة باعتباره منارة العلم والمعرفة للعالم كله، كان لابد من إلقاء الضوء على ما يسمى بـــــــ (زواج التجربة)، وإبراز دور الأزهر في التصدي لمثل هذه الأفكار المتطرفة، وتوعية المجتمع بمخاطر الانسياق وراء مثل هذه الدعوات الكاذبة، وقد خلص البحث إلى أن: مبادرة (زواج التجربة)، قد تفتح الباب أمام انتشار "نكاح المتعة" المنهي عنه، واشتراط انتهاء العقد بانتهاء المدة شرط باطل يتنافى مع مقتضى عقد الزواج، ويجعل العقد باطلاً ومُحرماً، واشتراط منع الزوج من طلاق زوجته مدة محددة بعد الزواج، من الشروط الباطلة؛ لكنه لا يبطل العقد، وأن من أهم أولويات الأزهر الشريف المحافظة على شباب المسلمين من الغزو الفكري والثقافي

This study relates to an important issue: a statement of the ruling on the idea that became known on social media and was known as (the marriage of experience), and since Al-Azhar Al-Sharif has a great responsibility to correct misconceptions and confront destructive ideas that undermine the foundations of the family as a beacon of science and knowledge for the whole world. It is necessary to shed light on the so-called (trial marriage), highlight the role of Al-Azhar in confronting such extremist ideas, and educate society about the dangers of being drawn into such false calls. The research concluded that: the (trial marriage) initiative may open the door to the spread of Mut’ah marriage is forbidden, and stipulating the termination of the contract with the end of the term is a void condition that contradicts the requirement of the marriage contract, and makes the contract void and forbidden, and the stipulation that the husband should not divorce his wife for a specified period after marriage, are among the invalid conditions; But it does not invalidate the contract, and that one of the most important priorities of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif is to preserve Muslim youth from intellectual, cultural and media invasion.
