الحفاظ على البيئة من مقاصد الشريعة

إن ديننا الحنيف وضع القواعد والأسس التي تُظهر جماله وكماله فهو بحق خاتم الأديان، وعناية المسلم بالبيئة تدل دلالة واضحة على شكره للمنعم والنعم، وتُعدُّ حماية البيئة والحفاظ عليها مقصد مهم من مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، فما يُصلح هذه البيئة يكون واجباً، أو مندوبا بحسب درجة الإصلاح، وما يُفسدها يكون حراماً أو مكروها بحسب درجة الإفساد، وحماية البيئة - في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة- تأتي من خلال التصور الإيماني لمفهوم البيئة بوصفها أمانة سخرها الله للإنسان، لكي ينتفع بها ويحافظ عليها، وبوصفها نعمة أنعم الله بها على الإنسان، وبوصفها حقاً عاماً لجميع البشر ولجميع الأجيال، فليس من حق أحد أن يستأثر بالتصرف فيها بما يخل بتوازنها أو يضيع خصائصها الطبيعية، ومن هنا جاء تأكيد الإسلام على دور الفرد والأمة وولاة الأمور في الحفاظ على البيئة وحمايتها، وكان من أهم نتائج البحث: أن الله تعالى أنزل هذه الشريعة إقامة لمصالح الخلق، وتحقيقا لسعادتهم الدنيوية والأخروية، وأن كل حكم من أحكامها وتصرف من تصرفاتها إنما يحصل مقصداً، أو أكثر مما يتعلق بجلب المصالح لهم ودفع الضرر عنهم، وأن ديننا الحنيف وضع القواعد والأسس التي تُظهر جماله وكماله فهو بحق خاتم الأديان، كما تُعدُّ حماية البيئة والحفاظ عليها مقصد مهم من مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، فما يُصلح هذه البيئة يكون واجباً، أو مندوبا بحسب درجة الإصلاح، وما يُفسدها يكون حراماً أو مكروها بحسب درجة الإفساد، وإن حماية البيئة - في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة- تأتي من خلال التصور الإيماني لمفهوم البيئة بوصفها أمانة سخرها الله للإنسان، لكي ينتفع بها ويحافظ عليها.
Abstract: Our true religion has set the rules and foundations that show its beauty and perfection, it is truly the last of religions, and the Muslim's care for the environment is a clear indication of his gratitude for the blessed Allah and blessings, and the protection and preservation of the environment is an important purpose of Islamic Sharia. What repairs this environment is obligatory, or recommendable according to the degree of reform, and what corrupts it is forbidden or hated according to the degree of corruption, and environmental protection- In the light of the purposes of the Sharia, it comes through the faith conception of the concept of the environment as a trust that Allah has devoted to man, in order to benefit and preserve it, and as a blessing bestowed upon man, and as a general right for all human beings and for all generations, no one has the right to monopolize the disposal of it in a way that upsets its balance or loses its natural characteristics, hence Islam's emphasis on the role of the individual, the nation and the rulers in preserving and protecting the environment. One of the most important results of the research is that God Almighty revealed this law to establish the interests of creation and to achieve their worldly and eschatological happiness and that each of its provisions and behavior of its actions only gets a purpose, or more than what is related to bringing interests to them and paying the damage from them, and that our true religion set the rules and foundations that show its beauty and perfection, it is really the last of religions, The protection and preservation of the environment is also an important purpose of the Islamic Sharia, what fixes this environment is a duty, or recommendable according to the degree of reform, and what spoils it is forbidden or hated according to the degree of corruption, and the protection of the environment - in the light of the purposes of the Sharia - comes through the religious perception of the concept of the environment as a trust provided by Allah to man, in order to benefit and preserve it.
