مرويات سماك، عن عكرمة مولى سيدنا ابن عباس- رضي الله تعالى عنه- في «السنن» الأربعة، جمعًا ودراسة

أتناول في هذا البحث - بإذن الله تعالى- مسألة مهمة من مسائل علوم الحديث التي تجمع بين الدراية والرواية، ألا وهي مسألة الاضطراب، وذلك في مرويات سماك، عن عكرمة – رحمه الله- في «السنن الأربعة»؛ وذلك لما ذكره الأئمة النقاد في هذه الرواية، وهل كل روايات سماك، عن عكرمة مضطربة، أم لا، وذلك من خلال: هل هذا الحديث مما رواه الثقات عن سماك, هل توبع سماك في روايته عن عكرمة، وهل له شاهد احتج به الإمامان، أو أحدهما، وقد اعتمدت في بحثي هذا المنهج الاستقرائي, الاستنتاجي, التحليلي؛ وذلك بجمع هذه الروايات ودراستها دراسة دقيقة, وبعد جمعها قمت بحصر عددها, ثم دراستها رواية رواية، وذلك بتخريجها من كتب السُنَّة المعتمدة, ثم تقسيمها على حسب المتابعات: ما توبع فيه سماك متابعة تامة, ثم ما توبع فيه متابعة قاصرة, ثم ماله شاهد في «الصحيحين» أو أحدهما, وقد اتضح من خلال البحث أنَّ الأحاديث التي هي من صحيح حديث سماك, كل أحاديث سماك, عن عكرمة, سوى  ثلاثة أحاديث: حديثان, تفرد بهما شريك, عن سماك, وشريك  ضعيف فيما يتفرد به, والآخر تفرد به سليمان بن معاذ سيء الحفظ, فالضعف فيهم ليس من سماك, بل ممن روى عنه, وخمس أحاديث من رواية سماك, عن عكرمة اختلف فيها, أربعة منها تم الترجيح فيها بالدراسة, ومن خلال كلام أئمة العلل؛ فهي غير مضطربة, والخامس تم الجمع بين وجهي الاختلاف فيه, فهو أيضًا غير مضطرب.
Abstract: I deal in this research with an important issue of hadith sciences that combine know-how and novel, namely the issue of turmoil, and that in the narrations of Semak, from Ikrima – may God have mercy on him – in the «four Sunan», and that is what the imams critics said in this novel, and whether all the novels of Semak, about Ikrima turbulent, or not, And that through: Is this hadith of what was narrated by the trustworthy Semak, did you follow Semak in his Narration from Ikrimah, and does he have a witness invoked by the two imams, or one of them, has adopted in my research this inductive approach, deductive, analytical;  Then divided according to the follow-ups: what followed where Semak follow-up fully, then what followed where the follow-up minor, and then his money witness in the «Two Sahihs» or one of them, It has become clear through research that the hadiths that are from the true hadith of Semak, and was judged as the hadiths of good - all the hadiths of Semak, from Ikrimah, only three hadiths: two hadiths, the uniqueness of their partner, for Semak, and a weak partner in what is unique to him, and the other uniqueness of Suleiman bin Muadh bad preservation, the weakness in them is not from Semak, but from those who narrated it, and five hadiths from the Narration of Semak,  Ikrima differed in it, four of which were weighted by study, and through the words of the imams of ills, they are not turbulent, and the fifth was combined between the two sides of the difference in it, it is also not disturbed.
