يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان ماهية نكاح المتعة والفرق بينه وبين النكاح المؤقت، وبيان مذاهب الفقهاء في نكاح المتعة وأدلة كل فريق ومناقشة هذه الآراء مع بيان رأي الجمهور وأدلته، كذلك الوقوف على وقت التحريم.
This research aims to explain the nature of mut'a marriage and the difference between it and temporary marriage, and to explain the doctrines of jurists in mut'ah marriage and the evidence of each team, and to discuss these opinions with a statement of the public's opinion and its evidence, as well as to stand on the time of prohibition138
