بلاغة الإعجاز التشريعي في المحرم من الأطعمة والأشربة في الذكر الحكيم

القرآن الكريم معجزة السماء التي لا يستطيع أحد أن يحيط بها علمَا ولا أن يدرك كنهها فهمًا أقهرت من تحداها وأعجزت من جاراها  تعددت وجوه إعجازها ومن أظهرها الإعجاز البلاغي الذي هو الوجه الرئيس الذي تتعلق به جميع الوجوه الأخرى كالإعجاز التشريعي والتاريخي والنفسي لما يتسم به من حسن النظم الرائق الذي عجزت عن مثله الخلائق وجمال الأسلوب الذي اهتزت له أوتار القلوب المبني على مراعاة الحال والزمان والمكان ومن ثم يتجلى الترابط بوضوح بين الإعجاز البياني والإعجاز التشريعي حيث جاءت الأحكام التشريعية على وجه يتوافق مع مقتضيات النفس البشرية على اختلاف الأحوال والأزمنة فلا تجد كلمة من الكلمات إلا وضعت في موضعها الأخص الأشكل بها ومن ثم صح العزم من كاتب هذه السطور على إبراز بلاغة النظم المعجز في سياق التشريع  لاسيما ما يتعلق بالمحرم من الأطعمة والأشربة في الذكر الحكيم من خلال جمع الآيات التي صرحت بذكر ما حرم من ذلك وبيان السمت العام للسياق ونمطه التركيبي وما استعلى عليه من معان وأغراض إذ ذلك له الأثر البين في الكشف عن بلاغة التعبير،  وقد اقتضت الدراسة أن تأتي في مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة وفهارس فنية متنوعة، المقدمة: اشتملت على ذكر أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره ومنهجه وخطته،  والتمهيد: اشتمل على محورين المحور الأول: حد المحرم من الأطعمة والأشربة، والمحور الثاني: مفهوم الإعجاز التشريعي وموقعه من الدرس البلاغي، والمبحث الأول: جاء تحت عنوان بلاغة الإعجاز التشريعي في الأطعمة المحرمة، والمبحث الثاني: جاء تحت عنوان بلاغة الإعجاز التشريعي في الأشربة المحرمة ، وقد أسفر البحث عن عدة نتائج من أهمها مجيء النظم الوارد في الحديث عن الأطعمة المحرمة قطعي الدلالة حيث اتفقت جميع المواضع في التعبير بالتحريم بخلاف بناء نظم الأشربة المحرمة فقد روعي فيه التدرج، ومن ذلك أيضًا غلب على بناء نظم الأشربة المحرمة اعتماد أساليب مشوقة تلمس شغاف القلوب كالنداء والاستفهام والإيضاح بعد الإبهام وذكر الخاص بعد العام، وفي الختام توصي الدراسة بضرورة إبراز بلاغة الإعجاز التشريعي في المحرم من الأطعمة والأشربة في البيان النبوي.
