القلة وعلاقتها بعموم البلوى وأثر اعتبارها في أحكام الزكاة" دراسة تأصيلية تطبيقية"

أحكام القلة، وما عمت به البلوى من الموضوعات الدقيقة والعميقة التي لا يستغني عنها متبحر في أحكام الشريعة الغراء، سيما في عصرنا الحاضر فقد اشتدت الحاجة إلى معرفة حقيقته، ومما هدُفت إليه الدراسة تناول أحكام القلة، وأثرها في أحكام الزكاة ، وعلاقة القلة بعموم البلوى، وجعلتها في دراسة موسومة ب(القلة وعلاقتها بعموم البلوى، وأثر اعتبارها في أحكام الزكاة" دراسة تأصيلية تطبيقية") والتي وقعت في مبحثين، مهدت لهما بتعريف القلة، وبينت فيه ضابطها، ثم تعرضت في المبحث الأول لعلاقة القلة بعموم البلوى، من خلال ثلاثة مطالب، وقد تضمن تعرف عموم البلوى، والأسباب العامة لعموم البلوى باعتباره مناطًا للأحكام، وعلاقته بالقلة، منتقلة من ذلك إلى المبحث الثاني، والخاص بأثر القلة في أحكام الزكاة من خلال ثلاثة مطالب، ومن أبرز المسائل التي تناولتها الدراسة: إخراج الزكاة قبل حولان الحول، تأخير الزكاة عن وقت وجوبها، أقل نصاب الزروع والثمار. تلك هي أبرز مسائل البحث، لا جميعها، وتفصيلها بين جنباته، أسال الله –تعالى- القبول.

Moving from this to the second section, which is related to the impact of the few in the provisions of zakat through three topics, and the most prominent issues addressed in the study: the removal of zakat before a year has passed, the delay of zakat from the time of its obligation, and the lowest quorum of crops and fruits. These are the most prominent questions of research, not all, and detailing them among His sides, I ask Allah – the Almighty – for acceptance
