أثر العادات والتقاليد على العبادة

يدور البحث حول محور عظيم هو العبادة والتي مظانها الأحكام الشرعية، فماهية هذه الأحكام ومصدرها أصول الفقه، لذا كانت من أجل العلوم وانفعها للبشر؛ لأنها تجلى وتوضح الأحكام الصادرة من الله عز سلطان ومن رسوله عليه الصلاة والسلام. ولولا الله ثم هذا العلم لم يعرف كيف يعبد الخالق جلّ ثناؤه وكيفية الالتزام بأوامره واجتناب نواهيه وطاعة الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام- ومعرفة الحلال والحرام، وأول نداء جاء في القرآن يتعلق بالعبادة؛ لأنها أعلى المقامات، ولما اختلطت العادة والعبادة حتى صارت شيئاً واحداً، بل صار الأغلب يمارسون الكثير من العبادات بأنهم وجدوا الآباء ومن سبقهم يفعلونها بلا تمييز هل هي عادة أم عبادة؟ لأنها اصبحت ديدن لهم وجرت مجرى الهشــيم في النار، فصارت العادات والتقاليد كأنها عبادة وهي ما انزل الله بها من سلطان، وقد انتظم البحث في مقدمة وأربعة مباحث، المبحث الأول: تعريف العادات والتقاليد ودورهما في التشريع، المبحث الثاني: معنى العبودية وما يتعلق بها من الإخلاص والنية، المبحث الثالث: احزاننا في ميزان الشرع، المبحث الرابع: افراحنا عبادة أم عادة، ثم زيلت البحث بخاتمــــــــة تحتوي على أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
The research revolves around a great axis of worship, which is the grievances of the Sharia rulings, what are these rulings and their source is the origins of jurisprudence, so they were for the sake of science and their benefit to humans, because they manifest and clarify the rulings issued by Allah the Almighty Sultan and his Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). If it were not for Allah and then this science, he did not know how the Creator be worshiped, how to abide by his commands, avoid his prohibitions, obey the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) - and know halal and haram, and the first call in the Qur'an relates to worship, because it is the highest standing. When custom and worship were mixed until they became one thing, most of them even practiced many worships because they found their fathers and those who preceded them to do it indiscriminately, is it a habit or worship? Because it became a habit to them as the wildfire flowed into the fire, so customs and traditions became like worship which is what Allah has bestowed upon them from authority, and the research was organized in an introduction and four sections, the first section: the definition of customs and traditions and their role in legislation, the second section: the meaning of slavery and the related fidelity and intention, the third section: our sorrows in the balance of the sharia, the fourth section: our joys worship or habit, and then the research conclusion includes the most important results and recommendations
