النوازل المتعلقة بوقاية المرأة من وباء کورونا المستجد "دِراسْةً فقْهِيةً مقاصدية".

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة نوازل المرأة المتعلقة بجائحة فيروس کورونا المستجد (covid-19) وبيان الحکم الشرعي لها، وذلک من خلال التعريف بوباء کورونا المستجد، والألفاظ ذات الصلة  به، والتکييف الشرعي لهذا الوباء، وبيان النوازل المتعلقة بعلاقة الزوجة مع زوجها في ظل انتشار الوباء، کامتناعها من مصافحة زوجها، ومعاشرته لها، والسفر معه،
وطلبها فسخ النکاح من زوجها المصاب بفيروس کورونا المستجد خوفا من العدوى منه، وکذا بيان النوازل المتعلقة بعلاقة المرأة مع أولادها کامتناعها من إرضاع طفلها وحضانته، وتنازلها عن حق الرؤية لولدها المصاب بوباء کورونا خشية العدوى منه، وأيضا بيان النوازل المتعلقة بعلاقة المرأة مع بقية محارمها کامتناعها من زيارة والديها وأقاربها کالإخوة والأخوات وغيرهم خشية العدوى بهذا الوباء، کما يهدف البحث إلى کيفية إعمال القواعد الفقهية والمقاصدية في استنباط أحکام النوازل المتعلقة بوقاية المرأة من وباء کورونا المستجد والأثر المترتب على ذلک.
This research aims to study the calamities of women related to the emerging corona virus (covid-19) pandemic and to clarify the legal ruling for them, by defining the new corona epidemic, the words related to it, the legal adaptation of this epidemic, and clarifying the calamities related to the relationship of the wife with her husband in light of the spread of the disease.
