حکاية الصحابي للواقعة بلفظ ظاهره العموم من المسائل المهمة التي تکلم عنها الأصوليون في باب العموم؛ وذلک نظراً لورودها کثيراً في ألفاظ الرواية المنقولة في کتب السنّة عن الصحابة الکرام، وکان اللافت للنظر أنهم حکوها عنهr بألفاظ ظاهرها العموم, فکانت دلالتها على العموم محل خلاف بين الأصوليين, فهل تحمل هذه الحکاية على العموم نظراً إلى الصيغة التي حکيت بها من لفظ الصحابي؟ أو يتوقف في هذه الدلالة, وتکون من باب المجمل حتى يتضح المراد بها, لاحتمال أن تکون واقعة عين خاصة بصاحبها, او خاصة بهذه الواقعة دون بقية حالاتها؟.
وقد أفرد الأصوليون لهذه المسألة، مساحة لا يستهان بها في کتبهم, فلا يکاد يخلو کتاب إلا وتضمن الکلام عليها بحثاً ودراسة, خلافاً واستدلالاً, اعتراضاً وجواباً, تنظيراً وتقعيداً.

Or does it stop at this connotation, and it is a matter of the generality until it becomes clear what is meant by it, for the possibility that it is a specific incident specific to its owner, or specific to this incident without the rest of its cases?
The fundamentalists have singled out a significant space for this issue in their books, so hardly a book is empty that does not contain discussion and study, disagreement and inference, objection and answer, theorization and restriction.
