تکشف هذهالدراسةعنأمر فرضه واقعنا المعاصر نتيجة التطور الصناعي والتکنولوجي وهو موضوع التقنيات الکيميائية المستحدثة التي تستخدم في حفظ ومعالجة الأغذية من التلف والفساد کالمواد الحافظة وعملية التشعيع والمضادات الحيوية والمبيدات ،فهذا الموضوع من الموضوعات المهمة والبارزة في وقتنا الحالي ؛ لأنه يمس جوهر حياتنا فيما يتعلق بالناحية الصحية ، حيث ظهرت منتجات غذائية مصنعة وتم حفظها ومعالجتها بوسائل کيميائية لم تکن معهودة من ذي قبل ، فازدحمت بها الأسواق بأشکالها المختلفة ،وزاد إقبال الناس عليها ،وأصبح اقتناؤها من طرف المستهلک أمرا أساسيا ، دون أخذه بعين الاعتبار الأخطار التي تهدده وما يصاحب ذلک من أضرار ومشکلات ، حيث يتسم معظم هذه المرکبات بالخطورة الشديدة لاشتمالها على بعض المواد السامة أو المحظورة .
 
، ولذلک فإن الشريعة الإسلامية الغراء قد أرست القواعد التي تحفظ على النفس البشرية حياتها والتي تنهض عن تعريضها لأي أذى أو هلاک ،فأوجبت على المرء أن يأخذ بکل الأسباب التي تحقق للنفس البشرية غايتها وصحتها ؛ لأن حفظ حياة الناس وسلامة أبدانهم من أعظم مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية.
 
 فجاءت ﻫذﻩ اﻟدراﺳﺔ في مقدمة وعدة مباحث ﻟﺗﺳﻠط اﻟﺿوء ﻋﻠﻰ هذه التقنيات الکيميائية المستخدمة في مجال حفظ الأغذية والتي انتشرت في هذا العصر بشکل کبير ، والوقوف على آثارها النافعة والضارة لصحة الإنسان ،وبيان حکمها الشرعي ، وﺿواﺑطها اﻟﺷرﻋﻳﺔ اﻟواﺟب ﻣراﻋﺎﺗﻬﺎ ،وذلک وﻓق ﻣﻘﺎﺻد اﻟﺗﺷرﻳﻊ اﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ وﻗواﻋدﻩ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ .
(Chemical techniques developed to process and preserve food from an Islamic jurisprudence perspective)
This study reveals an order imposed by our contemporary reality as a result of industrial and technological development, which is the subject of new chemical techniques used in preserving and treating food from spoilage and corruption such as preservatives, irradiation, antibiotics and pesticides.
 
 
This topic is one of the important and prominent issues in our time, because it touches the essence of our lives in terms of health, as manufactured food products appeared and preserved and treated by chemical means that were not previously used, so markets were crowded with them in various forms.
And increased demand for people, and its acquisition by the consumer has become essential, without taking into account the threats to it and the accompanying damages and problems, where most of these vehicles are very dangerous because they contain some toxic or prohibited substances.
 
Therefore, the glorious Islamic Sharia has established the rules that preserve the life of mankind and which prevent her from being subjected to any harm or death, so I have to take all the reasons that achieve for the human soul its purpose and health, because preserving the life and safety of people is one of the greatest purposes of Islamic Sharia.
 
This study came in the introduction and several investigations and a conclusion to shed light on these chemical technologies used in the field of food preservation that have spread in this era in a large way, and to determine the beneficial and harmful effects of human health, and the statement of its legal ruling, and its legitimate controls to be observed, in accordance with the purposes of the legislation and legislation General.
