هذا البحث  يتعلق ببعض القواعد التي يسير عليها من يتصدي لتفسير کتاب الله- عز وجل-وهي قواعد ترجيحية منها ما نص عليه العلماء , ومنها ما يستنبط من کلامهم. , جمعتها في اثنتي عشرة قاعدة.
وهذه القواعد مجالها للآيات التي لا يوجد نص في تفسيرها من آية أخري أو حديث صحيح, أو إجماع الأمة.
