الحديث المرسل بين المحدثين والفقهاء والأصوليين

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى کشف اللثام عن أحد الموضوعات الهامة الخاصة بعلم أصول الحديث ،وهو (الحديث المرسل) ، وآراء أهل العلم المختلفة من المحدثين والفقهاء والأصوليين .في حکم الاحتجاج به؛ لکونه من أقسام الحديث الضعيف .فمنهم من قال بتضعيفه ورده ، ومنهم من قال بالاحتجاج به ، ومنهم من قال بالتفصيل ممن قبل بعض أنواع المرسل دون بعض .
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الحديث المرسل ضعيف مردود کما نص على ذلک جمهور المحدثين ، ولکن ضعفه يزول إذا ما جاء موصلا من طريق آخر ؛ لأنه من نوع الضعيف الذي يجبر. وأن مرسل الصحابي ليس کمرسل التابعي ، فمرسل الصحابي مسند متصل .
This study aims to unveil one of the important topics related to the science of the fundamentals of hadith, which is (the transmission of hadith), and the different opinions of scholars from hadiths, jurists and fundamentalists. Because it is one of the categories of weak hadith. Some of them said that it is weak and rejected, and some of them said to invoke it, and some of them said in detail who accepted some types of
sender without some.
The study concluded that the transmitted hadith is weak as was stated by the majority of hadiths, but its weakness will disappear if it is transmitted through another path. Because it is the kind of weak who is forced. And that the companion sender is not like the tabi sender, so the companion sender is a
connected datum
